1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) govern the use of the UrkFinder website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), which provides the opportunity to place, view and promote advertisements.
1.2. By registering or using the Service, the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) confirms that he is familiar with these Rules and agrees to comply with them.
1.3. The UrkFinder Administration (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) reserves the right to unilaterally change the Rules. The updated version shall enter into force upon publication.
2. Service Services
- Creating an account.
- Placing and viewing ads.
- Using paid ad promotion services.
- The Administration is not a party to agreements between Users and is not responsible for the quality or legality of the offered goods/services.
3. Creating and using an account
3.1. The User must provide truthful information during registration.
3.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login data.
3.3. It is prohibited to create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
4. Placing ads
4.1. The information in the ads must be reliable and comply with the law.
- Illegal goods/services are prohibited.
- Content that violates copyrights is prohibited.
- Offensive, discriminatory or fraudulent content is prohibited.
4.3. The administration may edit or delete violating ads.
5. Paid services and payment
5.1. Basic use of the Service may be free of charge.
5.2. The user may order ad promotion services.
5.3. Payment is made via:
- bank cards (Visa / Mastercard);
- Apple Pay;
- Google Pay.
5.4. UrkFinder does not store payment details — they are processed only by the payment provider.
5.5. Services are activated after payment confirmation.
5.6. Refunds: Digital services are usually non-refundable. In exceptional cases, requests may be considered individually — if the service was not activated or a technical error occurred on the part of the Service.
5.7. Payment is charged for access to promotion functions, and not for the result of transactions.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service.
6.2. The Service is not responsible for the actions of other users or unreliable advertisements.
6.3. The user assumes all risks regarding transactions.
6.4. The Service is not responsible for the operation of payment systems and banks.
7. User Rights and Obligations
- Use the Service legally.
- Do not commit fraudulent actions.
- Do not post spam.
- Respect other users.
The User has the right to use all features of the Service and contact support.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Administration
- Moderate and delete content.
- Block violating accounts.
- Change the functionality of the Service.
- Ensure the protection of personal data.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the UrkFinder Privacy Policy.
10. Termination of access
10.1. The User may delete his/her account.
10.2. The administration may block accounts in case of violation of the Rules.
11. Dispute Resolution
The legislation of Ukraine applies. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or in court.
